Weekly CHAIR YOGA CLASSES with Ann Donovan are now underway at The Hunter Library, 7965 Main St. in Hunter.
Although the day of each class varies, all begin at 12:30 pm. A $5 or $10 donation is requested. Wear stretchy or loose clothing and bring drinking water.

Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness.
